You can usually find your tracking number on the seller’s website (where you made your purchase), as well as in the confirmation email they send you to confirm that your order has shipped.

If your tracking number is not available yet, it may indicate that the package has not been shipped by the seller. In such cases, the seller will typically provide a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

This can happen if the package hasn’t been shipped yet or if it hasn’t arrived at our terminal for processing. It’s possible that the package is still in transit or going through customs clearance. Please allow some time for the shipment to progress through the system. It's often helpful to wait a little while for the system to catch up and reflect the package's status accurately.

TIf your package status shows “Customer Service - additional information needed,” it means there is missing or incomplete information, such as:

• Incomplete address or missing unit number
• Incorrect or invalid phone number

In such cases, our support team will attempt to contact you for the required details. To expedite the process, you can contact us with the updated delivery details.

Once we receive the necessary details, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

If delivery is unsuccessful, here’s what happens at each attempt:

1. First Attempt: Our driver will attempt to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful, it will be scheduled for the next delivery attempt. To ensure successful delivery, please confirm or update your delivery information with your seller, including details such as:
   • Buzzer code (if you live in an apartment)
   • Business hours (if the delivery is to a business address)
2. Second Attempt: If the second attempt fails, your package will automatically be scheduled for a third delivery attempt.
3. Third Attempt: After the third unsuccessful attempt, your package will be returned to the seller.

The fastest way to update your address is to contact the seller directly. They can update the delivery details and provide us with the correct information. However, if your package is already in transit, please contact us.
